Care of the Earth
Watershed Care
Rain garden! Starting with a baking flat parking lot Shalom partnered with Watershed Management Group to re-form the contours of the land under our care. We’ve dug basins where the rain can soak in and nurtured native plants that give beauty and shade.

Creation Care Small Group
This group meets for mutual encouragement, learning and grounding our creation care in the Spirit. We have studied articles and books, and organized creation care activities (e.g. community garden work day, hike in the mountains, climate crisis action…). You are welcome to join.
